Terms and Conditions 1. Membership Fees and Payment Membership fees are processed via Direct Debit. Payments are due on the 1st of each month or the start of each quarter, depending on your chosen plan. If a payment fails, your membership will be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed. An administration fee may apply if a payment fails. Memberships will automatically renew at the end of the initial term unless cancelled with at least 30 days' notice. 2. Membership Benefits As a member, you will receive discounted rates for chiropractic care and access to exclusive offers. Unused sessions will roll over to the following month or quarter but must be used within the next period. Membership includes the option to book online and enjoy flexible scheduling based on available appointments. 3. Session Availability and Booking Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend you book in advance to secure your preferred timeslot. You can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments online through our booking system. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees If you require additional visits beyond your membership sessions, you can book extra appointments at the normal fee rate of £48. These extra sessions can be scheduled online or with our reception team. 4. Membership Duration All memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment. After this period, you may cancel your membership with 30 days' notice. Once the minimum term is complete, memberships will automatically renew unless you request cancellation. 5. Termination or Suspension of Membership We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership for non-payment or abuse of clinic policies. If your membership is terminated early, any unused sessions will be forfeited, and you may incur an early termination fee. 6. Alterations to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes to the terms and conditions. 7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the UK and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law. 8. By signing up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of the membership scheme.
